Dr. Akshay Kulkarni | Gastroenterologist | Endoscopist | Hepatologist in Baner Dr. Akshay Kulkarni launches a new state-of-the-art Intestinal Ultrasound facility at DMH for Patients with IBD

Dr. Akshay Kulkarni, Gastroenterologist and IBD specialist at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune, has now launched a fellowship training for national and International Gastroenterology trainees. This involves a state-of-the-art technique of Intestinal Ultrasound, for monitoring of IBD patients (ulcerative colitis and Crohn's Disease). This will not only make the treatment more effective, it will also make a rapid decision-making and treatment changes possible at the IBD Clinic at DMH. Thanks to the radiologist Dr. Bipin Kulkarni for his enthusiastic support in this program.
